Sheila and Jodi are the founders of a unique cross- methodology in the provision of English-language education for adults in the UK. We combined our knowledge and skills in language teaching, Natural Voice singing and community arts to engage women learners through friendship, creativity and participation.
Our first group named themselves “United Mothers” to reflect their common experiences; it later deepened into an understanding of how we care for each other and our wider community.
